From May 7 to 9, the 5th Workshop on Introduction to Preclinical Molecular Imaging and its Applications in Biomedical Research will be held at IiSGM.

From 7 to 9 May, this workshop is aimed at young researchers, doctors, veterinarians, technicians and scientists interested in the application of in vivo molecular imaging.

Through theoretical sessions, participants will learn about the physical principles of each imaging modality and their applications to preclinical biomedical research.

The theoretical classes will take place on 7 and 8 May at the Official College of Veterinarians (C. del Maestro Ripoll, 8), and the practical session on 9 May at the Experimental Medicine and Surgery Unit of the Gregorio Marañón General University Hospital.

The course meets the criteria for continuing education and maintenance of accreditation for all functions (a, b, c, d, e and f), as established in Ministerial Order ECC/566/2015.
