Application for Recovery of the December 2012 Extra Pay (November 2015)

In the November payroll, a new extraordinary payment will be made, the amount of which will be equivalent to 26.23 per cent of the amounts not received as a result of the elimination of the extraordinary payment corresponding to December 2012, pursuant to Royal Decree-Law 20/2012 of 13 July on measures to guarantee budgetary stability and promote competitiveness.

For this purpose, an automatic process will be carried out including all staff who continue to maintain an employment relationship with the Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica del Hospital Gregorio Marañón.

All staff who no longer maintain an employment relationship with this Foundation must complete the attached application and send it scanned and signed (stating in the subject line “Application for Reimbursement + Full Name” ) to the email address agomez(ELIMINAR)@fibhgm.org
