XXVIII Call for Applications for Further Study Abroad in Life and Matter Sciences (Ramón Areces Foundation Postdoctoral Study Fellowships)
PRESENTATION OF APPLICATIONS: FROM 1 TO 31 MARCH 2016
Introduction
The fundamental objective of the Ramón Areces Foundation is to sponsor scientific and technical research projects in Spain through National Competitions, the training of young researchers, and the promotion and development of education and culture in general.
In fulfilment of these objectives, the Board of Trustees of the Ramón Areces Foundation has deemed it appropriate to contribute to the training of Spanish researchers by awarding Fellowships to young doctors so that they may further their studies at universities and research centres abroad.
The Ramón Areces Foundation will award twenty-two Fellowships to undertake studies at universities and research centres abroad during the 2016/2017 academic year on topics related to the Life and Matter Sciences. This year's call is aimed at the following fields:
- Biomedicine
- Chemistry
- Physics and Mathematics
- Preservation of the Biosphere
