22/10 IV COURSE INTRODUCTION TO RESEARCH IN GENETICALLY MODIFIED ANIMALS
The 4th Edition of the Introduction to Research in Genetically Modified Animals Course, jointly organised by CIBERer and the Colegio de Veterinarios de Madrid, will be held in Madrid on 23, 24 and 25 November.
The Course reviews the possibilities, requirements, advantages and limitations involved in the generation and use of genetically modified animal models from a multidisciplinary perspective, explaining the basic aspects related to working with these models, as well as advanced phenotyping techniques, focusing on non-invasive methods that seek the optimal application of the R’s principle, preserving animal welfare and ensuring the validation of experimental data and the quality of the research.
The Course is accredited by the Comisión de Formación Continuada de las Profesiones Sanitarias de la Comunidad de Madrid, and is valid throughout Spain.
