Contracts, Agreements and Donations

For its research purposes, the Gregorio Marañón Hospital Health Research Institute, through the Foundation, enters into Collaboration Contracts and Agreements with other Entities and also solicits Donations to develop specific research projects.

Clinical study contracts

All clinical trials with or without medicinal products, clinical investigations with medical devices and all observational studies with or without medicinal products require the signing of a study execution agreement with the centre before the study begins at the centre, irrespective of the nature of the Sponsor.

Any amendment to the provisions of this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by the Parties as an addendum thereto.
