The Juan de la Cierva grants are intended to promote the incorporation of young researchers holding a doctoral degree, so that they can complete their postdoctoral research training at Spanish R&D centres.
Application submission deadlines:
- Researchers (completion of the form): 12/11/2026 to 26/11/2026 at 14:00 (Spanish mainland time).
- Centres (signing and submitting the application): 12/11/2026 to 3/12/2016 at 14:00 (Spanish mainland time).
Interested applicants must send their application to the foundation by 18 November 2026, at 12:00, together with the evaluation request form, for assessment by the iiSGM Research Committee email link(ELIMINAR). In addition, it is necessary to notify your interest in applying at least 10 working days in advance.
Submitting this application will initially require acceptance by the principal investigator/group of the commitment to make the necessary funds available to finance the portion of the employment cost that exceeds (due to the application of labour regulations or the collective agreement), or may exceed it in the future (for example, salary increases, increases in social security contributions, etc.), the financial support granted under the call.
