Financial Support to Fund a Research Project Using Real-World Data (RWD)

The PharmaMar Foundation has launched this call for applications with the aim of funding an oncology research project carried out by a team belonging to a Spanish institution. The main purpose is to advance the development of more effective, safer and personalised treatments through the innovative use of Real World Data (Real World Data or RWD). Both newly created projects and initiatives already under way that incorporate these data in an innovative way may be submitted.
The selected project will receive a single grant of €50,000 gross, awarded for an execution period of one year from the date of award.
Interested parties must submit their application before 12:00 noon on 24 September, together with the evaluation application form, for assessment by the iiSGM Research Committee email link(ELIMINAR).
This call does not fund indirect costs (overhead), so express authorisation must be obtained from the Foundation before applying, by sending a request and co-financing commitment at least 10 days before the application deadline email link(ELIMINAR). If hiring staff is requested, the category must be indicated so that the Foundation can calculate whether a co-financing commitment for the contract is also required.
