The general aim of the course is to train clinical researchers and co-investigators in different aspects of project management in clinical research.

General objectives

• Training in clinical trial methodology.
• Training in project management specifically related to clinical research.
• Application of the knowledge acquired to their work.

Specific objectives

• To learn about the tools required to manage, plan, execute and correctly monitor research projects
• To manage and lead teams in the direction and management of people
• Management of time and resources in a research project
• Knowledge of the regulatory aspects of a clinical trial.
• Knowledge of European project management.
