The ISCIII call for the IMPaCT Precision Medicine Infrastructure has been approved
On 28 July, the Council of Ministers approved the ISCIII call for applications for IMPaCT.
Its aim is to consolidate the Precision Medicine infrastructure within the National Health System through three fundamental pillars:
Predictive Medicine (IMPaCT Cohort): Large-scale population study to identify risk factors and anticipate diseases.
Data Science (IMPaCT Data): Integration and advanced analysis of clinical, genomic and environmental data.
Genomic Medicine (IMPaCT Genomics): Complex genome analyses aimed at patients with undiagnosed rare diseases and certain types of cancer.
